Hi Everyone!!
Today is my Birthday and I am celebrating
with a few of my favorite crafty ladies
on Facebook with a Hop!

Check out the event here:

Tell all your crafty friends and join us over on Facebook!!
There is some amazing inspiration,
a craft challenge and some fun trivia!!
Can't forget prizes, there will be several!

Now onto my project:

I made a card with a few of my favorite things and of course, it had to be a shaker card!
Hello Kitty, coffee, purple, teal, sequins, and Trendy Twine!
I'm sure that is a clutch she is holding but if that was me,
it would probably be a book or my planner! ;o)

My daughter, Bella (8) also made a card.
She colored these images to be me and her!
I love it, so sweet!!

I am so thankful for these ladies and
my followers to be celebrating
my Birthday and reaching 500+  'likes' on
my Facebook page with me!
THANK YOU!!

Have a wonderfully crafty day!!
Now I am going to go have some cake!! ;)

Hi Everyone!

I'm sharing a card featuring Aqua Midnight
and Totally Black Trendy Twines.
I always need cards to send from the kids
to friends and family, mostly to Grandma.
So these colors reminded me of some shirts
our son likes to wear.
I used some Aqua Midnight Trendy Twine to embellish his shirt and shoes.

Closer view of his
Trendy Twine striped shirt.

Then of the cute shoe laces!!

I just know she will love the card and its cute how it looks just like our son, minus his glasses!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!

Project Life cards featuring

School Days to make the colorful background.
Then used an element from the paper pad to add the main sentiment.

These will be perfect for all those school layouts coming up!
First days back and special occasions or achievements.

Hi Everyone!!
My BFF Stacey and I have decided to change up
our card swaps and do a fun card collaboration
with the same stamp set,
we are calling it "Card Harmony".
This is our second card harmony post.
This month was Stacey's turn to surprise
me with a stamp set.
She did an amazing job picking too!!
For August, she picked Lawn Fawn's Fintastic Friends.
It's Lawn Fawn!
How can you go wrong? :)

Here is my card:

I decided to make a fun, gel card for mine.
I have seen this technique used a few times
but I have never made one. I love it!!
I added some iridescent sequins to my gel water to look a little more like bubbles.

Everyone wanted to play with the card! Haha!!
I hope Stacey loves it!

Make sure to stop by Stacey's blog to see her awesome Card Harmony creation using this stamp set!

Hi Everyone!!
Today, I am sharing a project featuring the
Medium Clear Pillow Boxes

Our family loves having movie nights, all year long but more in the summer time. I always give the kids and their friends little treats for the movie. These pillow boxes are great for that. They hold the perfect amount of treats.

I used some Wink of Stella clear glitter brush pen on the blue star and I love the sparkle!
I cut several stars using my Spellbinders Stars 5 die,
2 of the white ones to make a card.
I stamped the inside with the "Enjoy!" sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps set "Summer Lovin" in Tempting Turquiose. Then I added the To: and From: from the Word Salad set by Paper Smooches.
The "4 You" is a GStudio stamp set.

Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my summer time treats!!
Have a wonderful day!

Hi Everyone!
Today my daughter, Bella (8) is sharing a card she made
using some of her favorite Trendy Twine colors,
Strawberry Cupcake and Grape Fizz.
I'm teaching her how to make cards and to color images.

Bella:
I colored the pencil using my mom's Copic markers, I love pink pencils and coloring.

Close up picture of the Grape Fizz twine "scribbles."
The pencil looks like it wrote Hello.

I used some Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine wrapped around with a bow,
it's my favorite color!

Thanks for stopping by to look at my very first card with Trendy Twine!

Thank you Miss Lesley for letting me share a card
as a Guest Designer.
Smile!

Bella
