Hi Everyone!

Happy Easter!

I hope you are having a wonderful holiday
with family and friends.
Today the Trendy Twine design team is
featuring some Easter projects.
I made a treat holder for my project.
I am giving this to our daughter for Easter.

For my project, I used Easter Peeps stamp set and coordinating dies from Pink & Main stamps, they are stamped in black ink and colored with copic markers, I used a  white gel pen for some accents along with some wink of stella. The sentiment is heat embossed in white and punched out with two punches and made into a tag and added to the handle using some Grape fizz Trendy Twine.
I colored and die cut the butterfly and added a trail using some Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine.
I used some Totally Limeade Trendy Twine to make some grass for the little basket to sit on.

This is a side view of the take out box.

This Week's Sketch:

My Design Team Project:

For my card, I used a Long Neck Giraffe digital stamp
from JustMEdigital stamps on Etsy.
The image is printed and colored with copic markers,
then I die cut the image and some brown dotted paper with a Lawn Fawn die. I used the Animal Crackers stack for the background and added some Totally Kraft Trendy Twine for a fun embellishment. Next, I added the "FRIEND" sentiment on a die cut oval and added some white gel pen accents to the sentiment and the cute giraffe.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a project for
the Trendy Twine design team.
This month the team is featuring projects using the Bumblebee Trendy Twine.

For my project, I used the  medium candy bags
also available in the store.

These Medium candy bags hold several
honey sticks perfectly.

Honey sticks are our daughter's favorite treat.
The Medium candy bags hold 10 honey sticks each.
The cute Hello Kitty bee is from an SVG Cutting Files exclusive blog hop from last year.
She is just too cute and perfect for a girly
bee inspired project.
I used a die cut paper doily and wrapped it around the candy bag and added some Bumblebee Twine with a Hello tag. Then I added the cute Hello Kitty Bee to that. I accented the Bee with some stickles, Liquid Pearls and enamel accents. Then I finished the bag with some more
Twine on the top with another tiny tag.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!

Hi Everyone!
Today is the third Monday of March,
So that means its Card Harmony time
with my bestie, Stacey.
This month Stacey picked Sweet Smiles from Lawn Fawn.
The second part of the challenge was to use some kind of watercoloring on the project.

Here is the card I created to send to Stacey.
I made a rainbow background with some distress inks and watercolor paper and die cut the layers with a Mama Elephant set. I added the sentiment to some vellum with versamark ink and silver embossing powder. The gumball machine and gumballs are also heat embossed in silver, then painted with some distress inks. I added the cute faces and some wink of stella and glossy accents to embellish.

I added some perfect pearls mist to the watercolored panel for some sparkle.

I loved watercoloring this fun image
so I made a few more cards to go into my stash.
I kept the design clean and simple to let the images stand out.

I used some vellum for the actual glass part
of the gumball machine.

The last card only has one smiling gumball peeking out from behind the machine.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Make sure to check out what Stacey has made
with this fun set to inspire you!

Have a wonderful day!

Today I am sharing a card featuring some
 *NEW* Pink and Main Stamps.

Hi Everyone!
I'm sharing two card I made today for the
Nothing like the last minute because the challenge ends in just a few hours!
Phew!!
Here are my cards.

For the cards, I wanted to use a set that I haven't yet used. This one is called #Awesome from Lawn Fawn. The first card I used light kraft card stock as the base and I stamped with the same colored ink for a tone on tone background,
then I added the sentiment to the bottom of the card embossed in white.
The second card, I went the gray tones and stamped different images from the set for the background.

The "instagram" cameras I stamped in Desert Sand (Memento Ink) and in Hippo (Lawn Fawn ink) then I used copic markers to achieve a no-line (sorta ;) ) look. I added a little bit of wink of stella clear glitter brush pen to finish off each card.

I know several Instagram friends that I could send these too! I have made so many wonderful friends there
and have been very inspired by them.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a card featuring
some new stamp sets just released from
Funny Farmer and The Herd.

How stinkin cute are those animals and that farmer??
Love them!!
I made this card simple to let these characters be the star of the show. I started out by stamping then masking the farmer and then the different animals. Then I colored everything with copic markers and added some white gel pen accents. The sentiment is from the Funny Farmer set. Lastly, I added a little bit of wink of stella clear glitter brush pen to the tool.

This Week's Sketch:

My Design Team Project:

I stamped this cute otter in brown ink and colored it in with copic markers. I also colored the little gift box then cut his hand so it looks like the otter is holding the gift while floating. The paper is pretty and holographic, perfect for a fun birthday card! I cut the waves using the negative of a scallop border die from Pretty Pink Posh. The banner is a few punches from Stampin Up and EKSuccess that are popped up. I can always use birthday cards and this sketch is perfect for that or any special occasion! Hi Everyone!!
Today I am sharing a set of cards I made for
the Pink and Main design team.
Today I used the Hugs Needed stamp set and Hugs die.

I made 6 cards total with a variation of the sentiments
that fit with the Hugs die.
The first set of cards I used some sparkling clear sequins.

First, I did some tone on tone stamping with purple, light pink and a light teal color. I stamped the main sentiment and a few hearts from two other Pink and Main stamp sets: Go Bananas and The cute raccoon freebie from Jan./Fen. 2016.
Next, I die cut some vellum squares, some plain, some with hearts or polka dots. Next, I die cut the Hugs sentiment so I could figure out where to heat emboss the rest of my sentiments that coordinate. I adhered the sentiment to the card and added some sequins and a little wink of stella clear.

This card set has the iridescent sequins from Darice that fit perfectly with these colors.
