Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a second card as a Guest Designer for Gerda Steiner Designs.
I made another summer inspired card using the
Pool Piggies 4x6 clear stamp set.

For the card, I started by water coloring a piece of water color cardstock with several blue distress inks then added some water droplets, finally I sprayed it with some shimmer mist to sparkle. This will be the water part of the river for the pig to float on.
Then, I took some kraft card stock and die cut it with some wavy border dies to look like the beach or shore, depending on where the river is, I added some dots with copic markers to look like sand. I also double stamped the sentiment in two colors of ink, with a misti stamp tool, in tan and brown.
Next, I stamped and colored the pig, then I stamped the round float and ball on some patterned paper and paper pieced the float.

I added some glossy accents to the ball, pig to look
like water droplets and to the fish for bubbles.
Then I added some stickers to the card for some accents.
The pig looks like he is having fun and so relaxed!!
Thanks again to Gerda and Macy for
letting me be a guest designer.
I hope to have inspired you !

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!

For my card today, I used the new Airmail Stamp set and coordinating dies. I started by stamping and coloring the sweet birds from the set, one with an envelope and one of the tiny ones. Then I die cut them with the coordinating dies. Then I die cut a circle from the Stitched Circle Dies and added the sentiment from the Airmail Stamp set in black and heat embossed in clear. Stamping the sentiment on the curve of the circle took a little manipulation of the stamp. Then I added the sweet birds popped up with foam adhesive. Then added a coordinating Twine bow to the top and some heart enamel dots between the two birds. For the card base, I used a light teal card base and cut rectangles from the Spring Color Pop 6x6 paper pad. Then added then circle to the card. I finished the card with faux stitching around the edges and some coordinating enamel dots.

For my card, I made a gel card for the cute piggy from the Pool Piggies 4x6 clear stamp set to float in on her little pool floatie.

I started the card with a white rectangle, then I die cut a rounded rectangle from it and also embossed the edge of the rectangle. Then I stamped the cute pig and colored her with copic markers, I paper pieced her bikini, pool float, towel and ball from the Sunkissed 6x6 Doodlebug paper. Next, I added some glossy accents to her sunglasses and the ball. Then I stamped the sentiment from the set on the towel and heat embossed it in clear.
Next, I made the 'pool water' portion of the pool. I used a small snack size ziplock bag, I cut it down to size and sealed it with my fuse tool. Then I added some heart and star sequins to the bag then some blue hair gel, then more sequins and again until my bag was full enough.
Then I adhered the bag to the backside of the die cut rectangle panel, then added that to a white card base with foam adhesive. Next, I added the cute pig and ball to the water panel, then the towel with the sentiment to the bottom right corner. Finally, I added some glossy accents around the card to look like water droplets.

The card is so fun, if someone presses on the gel it moves just like water and the cute pig goes up and down. I hope you were inspired by my card, I know I am ready for summer and some fun pool time!
Thanks to Gerda and Macy for giving me the opportunity to be a guest designer again, I am honored.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

For the card today, I used the new Too Cool stamp and coordinating dies to make a Birthday card.
I started with a white card base and die cut a coordinating rectangle using Stitched Rounded Rectangles die. Then I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Wishes stamp set and stamped that all over the rectangle. Then I die cut the "Wishes" die and layer from the Take Flight 2 6x6 paper pad and layered them. Then I stamped, colored and die cut the bear with the shades and backpack from the Too Cool stamp set. I popped up the Wishes die and the bear on the card with foam adhesive then finished the card with a few enamel dots.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a card with my very first
Galaxy background.
I have seen this technique used several times
and always wanted to try it.
I'm not going to lie, I am not a messy crafter, haha!!
This was a little out of my comfort zone and I had inky fingers for days but it was fun :)

I used the Hello Friend Wishes stamp set (Mama Elephant) for the focal point of the card since I don't really have any space inspired stamps or images. The cards was fun to create. I started out my stamping and heating embossing the sentiment in white then adding my distress inks. Once all the ink was added, I added some perfect pearls mist droplets and then some white acrylic paint splatters to mimic stars. Then I added the panel to a purple A2 card base.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Mother's day is already this weekend and I didn't want to forget the Grandma's, so I made this card using the new Airmail stamp set and coordinating dies and Awesome Family stamp set. I started the card with a dark pink side folding A2 card base, I die cute three pieces using the Stitched Round Rectangle Die, one from white and two from Spring Flings 6x6 paper pad. I also die cut two of the smalled rectangles from the Shades of Spring 6x6 paper pad and heat embossed in white the coordinating sentiments from the Awesome Family stamp set. The white rectangle I embossed with a cloud embossing folder and added some shimmer to the clouds.
Then I stamped and white heat embossed the "Amazing" from the Awesome Family stamp set and fussy cut it out. Next, I stamped and colored the cute birds with copic markers, then I die cut them with the coordinating dies. I added some white gel pen accents to the birds and the opposite corners of the card base. I also added some shimmer and glossy accents to the water in the bird bath. For the cute bird with the flower, I added some liquid pearls in Buttercup to the flower middles.

Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing a few cards I made for the current

For my cards, I used the the Color My World stamp set and the tiny heart from Treat Yourself stamp set, Lawn Fawn has several sets with the tiny hearts.

I used some Distress watercolor cardstock and stamped the sentiment and tiny heart in white. Then I added drops of rainbow inspired distress inks to the cardstock and blew them with a drinking straw. Some of the colors I mixed in a little bit of Perfect Pearls mist. The straw gave them a fun splatter effect. I dried each color before adding the next color.
Then I stamped and heat embossed two crayons with smiley faces from the set on scraps of the watercolor cardstock and sponged on green and blue distress inks to match splatters on the panel.
Then I added this panel to a black top folding A2 card base with foam tape and popped up the crayon that I fussy cut, to the coordinating color splatter. Then I finished the cards off with some fun coordinating enamel dots and clear sparkly enamel dots.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
I hope you have a fabulous Friday!

For this month's challenge card,
I made an acetate window card.
I haven't made one in so long, it was about time!
I used the new stamp set Plane Sweet, along with its coordinating dies from the April 2017 release.

I used a top folding standard card base, I die cut a cloud border from the top and the bottom in two layers to sandwich the acetate panel for the front. I stamped the sentiment on the top panel and heat embossed it in clear. Then I stamped and colored the cute bear in the plane and the banner  with the "hello" from the set and colored with copic markers and added a few shimmer and gel pen accents. Then I die cut both pieces with the coordinating dies.
Next, I added some Totally White Trendy Twine to the banner and the plane, I made a loop and secured that with a dot of adhesive. Then I popped the plane and banner up with foam squares to the card front. I also die cut extra pieces of the bear and banner to adhere to the inside of the card so the adhesive did not show. Then I added some of the cloud patterned paper from the Take Flight 6x6 paper pad also from the Pink and Main April 2017 release to the inside of the card.
